Erin Bessette is the Founder and CEO of Otter Wise Talent Solutions, an Indigenous- and women-led workforce strategy firm built to bridge enterprise workforce needs with Indigenous economic participation.

With over 20 years of progressive HR and talent leadership experience, Erin brings enterprise-level capability across workforce design, talent acquisition, organizational development, and governance.

A member of Alderville First Nation, Erin is deeply committed to advancing sustainable economic participation through workforce partnerships that are structured, measurable, and community-aligned.

Under her leadership, Otter Wise integrates staffing, fractional HR consulting, supplier diversity strategy, workforce governance, and long-term talent pathway development into a cohesive workforce ecosystem designed for lasting impact.
